I BUILDING COMPANY LIMITED was founded in 2018 with a vision to change structural construction — making it faster and more consistent in quality. We build residential homes, warehouses, factories, and commercial buildings using the precast system, produced at our own factory in Sai Noi District, Nonthaburi.

What sets us apart is quality control at every step — from structural design and factory production to transport and on-site installation — supervised by professional engineers from start to finish.
